The Director Pene Gibbins has immense experience and is fully qualified in the Early Childhood and Kindergarten Teaching. Combined with Pene's vibrant personality and leadership qualities, staff, parents and children are able to benefit from her expertise. In accordance with regulations, Group Leaders and their assistants must have relevant qualifications or be in the process of gaining such qualifications.Staff are encouraged to attend childcare training sessions on a regular basis, for personal development as well as increasing knowledge in aspects of early childhood.
